First Contest: Baby Beautiful
- Girls and Boys will be judged separately
- The kids must be dressed up
- Trophies to each category
- Gift Certificates go to each First Place winner only
Second Contest: Costume Contest
- Girls and Boys will be judged together
- The kids must be in costume
- Trophies only to winners
- Contest Opent to all counties
