- Girls and boys are judged separately
- Babies must be dressed up
- Trophies to each age category
- Gift certificates to each 1st place winner
Second Contest: Costume Contest
- Girls and boys will be judged together
- Babies must be in costume
- Trophies to 1st place winners for each age category
- Contest open to all counties in Ohio
